{{Stub}} There are '''two''' William Documents, initially created by [[Due Job6938|DueJob]], both advocating for expanded natural rights. William 1/Taking the Social-Liberal party in a hyper-liberal direction, was an introductory document, supporting and advocating for general natural rights, but most importantly; a '''Constitution'''. One of the first documents to suppose a constitution, actually. William 2/The Toxicity act was an approved secondary document that supported extended, toxic free speech as long as not hateful. This document would edit the proposed constitution, adding article 18 and 19 to section 1. 18: Citizens may be toxic to others, as long as not violating hate speech laws. This would also edit rule 1 slightly. 19: Citizens may be toxic to moderators and citizens of power for no repercussions.
