So… I’m just walking down the street minding my own business when- suddenly- Out of nowhere- A large mushroom cloud blooms in the distance, Followed by a loud **BANG\!** And my eardrums bursting. Suddenly the moment ago peaceful street is thrown into **CHAOS**, cars whose system were disabled By the E1 and E2 EMPs crash into other cars, traffic lights stop, Overhead powerlines exceed their maximum voltage and arc. It’s pure, utter, Chaos.
